Software Evaluation Approach

The paper performs an overview concerning the quality of the software products. Particularly workflow products, which operate on Web environments with multiple user access, are considered. Evaluation schemes are presented, which introduce quantitative ranking. Thus, the products can be assessed and compared to define the prospective set of software.
